This experience is not based on the products as I did not even have an opportunity to look at them. Upon entering, I was not greeted, only told "we close in 6 minutes". I worked retail. I get it. You want to go home, i wont overstay.. I figured I would look around for what I needed and grab it quickly before they close. 4 minutes later I got to where i needed and was grabbing the item. I was approached again and told we closed in 1 minute. Yep I understand how time works, but was so put off by the constant pushiness to get out I left. I don't know if this is just how things work now because the customer service era is over, but if I was this franchise owner or I was the manager and responsible for the sales of this location I would be livid if this is the way my staff were operating. This place is usually great, however today I was in there shopping for my niece with special needs and the manager berated and yelled at one of her employees like they were sub human. She was loud, belligerent, and overwhelmingly DISGUSTING. I will not longer shop here as long as the current manager stays employed. This woman needs serious psychological help, I feel badly for anyone who has to work under her "leadership" or a lack thereof. The poor girl who was being yelled at seemed confused.

The atmosphere has completely changed. Things seem a lot more organized, better run, and overall a fantastic VIBE change.
