Do not go to this location. If I could leave zero stars, I would. It's the third time I've been to this location and the employees decide to close earlier. (Always the same group of employees) . As you can see in the photos the open sign is off, I took the photos after 5 minutes, when someone finally decided to talk to me, the employees completely ignored the fact that I was at the door and finally a guy decided to talk to me and tell me that they closed earlier because they had to clean the floors and couldn't serve more customers. I was accompanied by other people. And as I mentioned before , it is not the first time it has happened . I arrived at this location on Friday April 14 at 9:46 pm and it was already closed. In the photographs you can see the time they were taken. It is disrespectful to customers that this location close earlier and ignore people at the door. I am a loyal customer of cold stone, but after this incident neither I nor my family will return, not only to this location or to any other. So I went in there to get my free ice cream for my birthday. I took my son and he ordered a Chocolate Devotion and I ordered a Banana Caramel Crunch. The server said they were out of bananas and I could use banana ice cream instead. I said OK.

At the register the total came to $6.70. When I asked why, because both were the Gotta Have Its at $5.95 each, and 1 is free. He said he gave me the Banana one at $4.95 because of no bananas, but had to charge me more because I substituted banana ice cream. I went here yesterday and the store smelled strongly of cleaning product, I ordered my cone to go and when I pulled up to my house and took a bite in to the cone it tasted like the cleaning product smell in the store, it was so bad I spit it out immediately and threw it away, I called the store to report it and was told I would have to drive back out there for a refund and that a manager would call me back, they never did and it is ridiculous to drive round trip again to resolve this.
