New review- So sad had to wait for an hour to pick up my food, I was standing in a small crowd that let me know this is normal business practice for Panda Express, making us all wait 30+ minutes after we were told to pick up our food, except there were a couple of people who were really annoyed to have been there such a long time... So really reaaaally bad communication with customers, like no communication... This would be fine in some cultures, but in America, when you say an order is going to be done at 6:05 online, see you then! You are there at about 6:05 and there is an expectation that you are told if an order or whatever is going to be late. I know it is Great Kung Pao and chow mein and teriyaki chicken, mushroom chicken and green bean chicken. But Not worth an hour wait with my hungry toddler in the car! We were trying to get a quick meal the day we got back from vacation, with our kitchen sink not working, but I still could have made dinner faster, or just gone somewhere that gets your food ready quickly or at least as expected because that's how it is culturally in America.I don't understand why everyone's putting up with this strange horrible [non] communication. The lady in charge was being bizarrely aloof, I had to holler in at her because there was a lady who had been waiting half an hour longer than me and she hadn't been addressed in any way. Somebody had to say something. The employees blew it from all I can tell. My husband thought that chow mein must have been spilled everywhere and in the honor shame culture there must have been some sort of shame surrounding the incident, but the delivery drivers hanging around on the curb with me said that this is completely normal to wait like this. No emergency had occurred. I just hope somebody reads this and there are some changes. I really want to see Panda Express succeed. The employees are so nice and the food is so tasty and it's the best way to get quick Chinese food when you want it, when things go well... Things are not...
Read moreJust came in to get lunch with my boyfriend real quick. The guy who helped us at first was nice. We had to wait like 1-2 min for the orange chicken to be done which is fine we don’t mind. And then Muhandiramge ( I think is her name ) made us feel like we were a bother. She wasn’t communicating with us. we’re standing there waiting for the orange chicken and to cash out and the orange chicken is already done and in the line but it took a few minutes for her to start talking with us plus put the orange chicken into the box. she doesn’t even smile so I felt bad like she was mad or irritated.. I paid with a $100 bill and she asked if I had any change to pay with instead and I replied no sorry that is all I have. She seemed irritated that I paid with that. Once she opened the register to give me my change they had more than enough change to give back. so I was confused why she was so upset about it. Then I was trying to ask her for some sauce annd once I listed a couple off she walked off to grab it but I was still trying to ask for some chopstick. So once she put it in the bag and went to give it to me I asked for some and she handed them to me so irritated I mean she literally had a look on her face like I was asking for the most. that’s when she made it seem like we were bothering her . We were going to order some egg rolls but I felt too uncomfortable to ask her for it. The food is good and I like the atmosphere we just didn’t love the way we...
Read moreFood is decent. Their current modified operations due to covid was very awkward and uninviting. I'm going to wait until covid is over to go back to this location. Details below
I ordered through their app and showed up a minute past the recommended arrival time. The store was packed and a line went out the door. Their was a sign that said "pickup for online orders" with an arrow pointing towards the register so I walked past everyone to the register. I got terrible looks from everyone as I stood waiting at the register for someone to help me since I just "cut in line". After 5 minutes with not even any acknowledgement from the staff, one employee finally said "online order for Garrett" and I got the order. They wouldn't let us get our own drinks so the worker got it for me and I didn't realize until I was half way home that they didn't put any ice in the drink and it was $2.50 of warm Dr. Pepper sitting in my cup. I poired out the drink when I got home and threw it away.
Overall, it was a bad experience and may not have been like this at a less busy time, but I'd recommend going somewhere else until normal...
