Can I give zero stars? Do not waste your time. I had a external drive not mounting correctly - so I took it there with another external drive hoping they could remove my data. Explained this in person the day before when I went in to see if this was something they offered..and was told absolutely you just need to make an appointment online - also filled out the questionnaire online about my issue. When I got there they stated that it was taking along time to mount and so they are not sure if they can copy the data to the new drive? I said what did you think I was here for? That's the issue - he stated that they simply charge $100 to plug both drives in and copy the data from one to the other. Seriously? I can do that at home if it was working.. hence why I was there but then he says it is working and then doesn't eject the drive just rips it out of the computer to take it to another computer in the back .... I just got my drive back before it did any further damage.

If you are the people they are ripping off by "transferring your data" - Did you know you can just plug both drives into a computer and copy paste the files from one drive to the other. What a...

Josh and Brendan came by my 89 year old Moms house this morning to install a tv. Please give both Josh and Brandon credit for being the most helpful and nicest workers ever!
