HORRIBLE RUDE EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. I never write reviews but this was just the worst experience. Tge first time I placed an order the woman at the register already looked annoyed before I got up to the front of the line. When I placed my order she acted as if I had somehow interrupted her day. She was rude and short with me. I went back up for a refill and was dreading it and this time it was only her behind the counter until the other employee walked out of the back room ON HER PHONE!!!! The second girl looked just as annoyed and zero customer service skills. She looked so annoyed and when I was about to place my order the woman who I had previously dealt with yelled from behind the counter what van I get started for the next person. I politely asked for a refill and said what I wanted in it and she stared at me and said nothing and looked annoyed and confused. I then repeated it to the woman in front of me. She said nothing to me the entire transaction, and looked a annoyed that she couldn't be on her phone instead of waiting on customers. I scanned my barcode and then the other woman asked me again if I wanted black coffee...... after I just had said my order twice.... so again I had to tell them what I wanted in it. These women were so rude and terrible at their jobs. I've worked in retail and customer service and you have no excuse to be rude to a customer even if you are having a bad day yourself, especially when that customer is treating you with kindness.... I will get my coffee elsewhere. I wish I could give...
   Read more12/7/18 I went to the Target Starbucks just before noon. I’m usually not impressed by the girls who work there but they make my drink and I get on with my life. This time was different as I’m going to target for some essentials with my 3 year old and 1 month old. I ordered my drink, the girls were less then thrilled and I didn’t pay attention until I was handed my drink that was super hot. I left to start my shopping and realized it would not be pleasing to walk around the store with 2 kids with a drink that is scolding hot. I hadn’t even taken a sip yet and went back to ask for a second sleeve for the drink in which the girl who made my drink mocked me out loud to the other baristas. I didn’t say anything, it just caught me off guard and then I was handed the sleeve, after being asked if I really needed it and then being glared at by all 3 of the girls. It was interesting to say the least. Anyhow, if your looking for a good experience and a coffee you can drink after it being handed to you, I’d avoid this Starbucks and staff. It took about 15 minutes for my drink to be at a temperature you can actually drink without burning your mouth. Then again, the way these girls acted, maybe it was...
