Buying a luxury watch can be a daunting experience, but the team at Razny of Hinsdale made the experience a pleasure.   Cassandra, Stephanie and Lois are a great team, and they are very knowledgeable in the jewelry and watches they sell.  I wanted a specific Breitling watch face with a specific bracelet, which they didn’t have in stock, but they made it available for me the very next morning.  I relied on Cassandra’s expertise to make sure the watch face was an appropriate size for my wrist, as I was concerned it might be too big.  She has an impeccable eye for detail and showed me how the watch actually fit nicely and complimented my wrist quite well.   I had to go back a couple of times after wearing the watch for a few days to get the band size tweaked.  She quickly identified the issue and tweaked the sizing to my preference.   She taught me how to use the features of the watch, and knew all its features (which are many).  She had a lot of insight about the watch, and explained to me how to take care of it, and what to do and not to do.  She’s a Breitling expert.  I’ve never gotten that much help from a car dealership, and cars are more complicated!    Making a purchase at Razny was a “feel good” experience I’ll never forget, especially with Cassandra's help.  Thank you Cassandra and Razny...

I visited Razny Jewelers in Hinsdale to buy my son a pendant and chain for his 13th birthday. The store is located in beautiful, downtown Hinsdale, IL. Upon entering the store on my first visit, everyone was welcoming and friendly. I worked with Paige, who was genuinely nice and attentive. She wanted me to find the perfect gift---and together, we did! Paige was able to order my son the nicest 14K gold basketball (his favorite sport) pendant and paired it with a rope chain that was in the store. After my first visit to Razny, Paige communicated with me via text on the status of my order. I shared with her my interest in purchasing a different chain that was more within my budget. Upon my second visit to Razny Jewelers to pick up my order, Paige was there with the basketball pendant I'd ordered and different chain options from which I could choose. I ended up with the basket pendant and a nice, woven chain within my budget. I am beyond happy and satisfied with my purchase and the extraordinary customer service I received! Paige made sure the chain and pendant was polished, boxed, and gift wrapped beautifully! I can honestly say, I've found my new jeweler and I look forward to shopping with Paige in the future. Update: I would not recommend them to anyone else. The follow through and delivery have been lack luster. Our purchase was a month ago we were promised we would have our wedding bands in a couple of weeks. They had a manufacturer issue, and no one called to update us. They finally got the bands on 5/20 and told us we could pick them up at the Chicago location that weekend. We get there after 40 minutes of Chicago traffic, and they tell us they do not have them because they forgot to engrave them. I was told the engraving process would be fast, and they would likely be there next weekend. I called again today 5 business days later, since it was a holiday weekend. It turns out they have not been engaged yet. Again, no delivery date has been provided. And no communication from the store.
