June 5th, we called to ask manager Mike, if Wild Ginger accepted Groupon coupons for carry out- he replied YES We bought the coupon and ordered the food-when my 19 year old went to pick it up he refused to give her our food and said he didn't know about the coupons Groupon was great in crediting us for the coupon yet Mike charged us for the food that we did not receive. REALLY? Not a good way to create customer loyalty or client satisfaction, Manager Mike was rude to me on the phone when i called to inquire about the situation and very condescending to my daughter when she went to pick up the food - Mike may need some help with customer...

Everything was good about this place. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the presentation was gorgeous. Best thing we had was the deep-fried green tea ice cream. It was easily the best, most complex flavored variation of that dish I've had. Lowest point was perhaps my dinner dish of teriyaki steak. Teriyaki anything is pretty standard fare and there wasn't anything that made tonight's dish stand out. I’m kind of surprised there are so many great reviews. This may have been the worst sushi experience I’ve ever had and I spent a good amount of money.

1. my tuna tartare came with Pringle’s. that’s weird
2. the general tso’s chicken was really sweet and sour chicken. it was also mushy and the sauce was runny, not sticky like a typical Chinese chicken dish
3. the spring rolls had clumps of over cooked rice noodles inside. And half of a shrimp.
