I was astounded by the incredibly rude behavior of the elderly brunette behind the counter. We entered an empty store and were greeted with not even a simple hello. When she finally made eye contact, she gave us a disapproving look. My granddaughter was a bit excited about the store’s offerings, but that didn’t justify her behavior.
After spending $100 at the checkout counter with the friendly blonde lady, the brunette snatched our purchases, bagged them, and shoved them in front of us without a single thank you, “have a nice day,” or a smile.
