This was my first time in the store. I was shopping for a dress for an occasion. I tried a few on. There are no mirrors in the fitting room, you have to walk out into the store to see yourself. Not the hugest deal to me, but I could see others being bothered by this. I really loved this one dress but unfortunately they didn’t have my size. I ended up going with a different dress that I wasn’t in love with and need to have hemmed and I felt hesitant about it. I figured no big deal, if I find a different dress I will return this one. The dress was $285, which in my opinion is overpriced, there are already threads tearing from it in certain spots and I never wore it. I ended up finding a dress that fit me better elsewhere so I brought this one in 24 hours later to return and was told they don’t accept returns for your money back you can only get store credit. When I tried to return it, the sales associates pointed out their return policy to me on the counter which is very small literally font size 10. I was not told about return policy when purchasing. I wish they were more transparent about this because I absolutely would not have bought this dress if I knew I couldn’t return it....

I would not recommend shopping at this store. I recently bought a very expensive pair of leather shorts here and was told that I would be able to get a refund on my card if I did not like them within 7 days. I realized that they were poor quality and went to return them. I was told that I could only get store credit and explained that this is not what I was told by the employee working when I bought them. The owner refused to honor what the employee said and refused to provide me with a refund despite the store error. I believe that this store purposefully sells low quality clothing at extremely high prices which is why they have a policy in place where they only provide store credit and refuse to provide refunds. The store’s customer service is also extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I highly recommend not buying items...

Best store in Hoboken! The merchandise is always on trend, but most importantly the girls there are AMAZING! Jeanna knows how to hire the best people. I’ve truly enjoyed getting to know the stylists: Lauren T, Lauren S and Katherine. Not only do they have impeccable taste, they are also true customer service professionals. They are always holding pieces aside for me and hooking me up with new arrivals.
