Jungle Juice 10th Street — Restaurant in Hoboken

To be honest, I frequently go to buy a post-training drink that I really like(Hulk Smash) but there have already been two occasions where they prepare it without flavor and of course they have not refused to prepare it again but they still taste the same. I don't know if they changed any of the ingredients, also their staff many of them are teenagers, I have no problems with that because it seems perfect to me that they give the opportunity to many of them without being of an age completely capable of working, but they don't teach them to say good morning or good afternoon and much less to be tactful with the customer, I think there should be better management of managers who supervise dealings with customers because thanks to them they maintain the business and are sometimes very rude without responding or at least thanking them for buying or visiting the store, I think that many of us in our jobs are supervised to at least say hello and even smile even if you are having a bad day...part of this makes customers feel comfortable and continue consuming part of their products...my advice is that they should supervise your staff better and require them to at least say hello and be more cordial because they may have good products but sometimes due to bad treatment and lack of interest they can lose many customers since there are many more similar places even without having the same quality but better...

I really wanted to like this place. Maybe I just ordered the wrong flavor, so I do want to come back and try out some other drinks. I had the Peach Pearadise (peach, pear, apricot, orange sherbert, non-fat yogurt), which was one of their specials. Maybe it was on special for a reason and they were trying to use up certain ingredients? It was SOO sweet. I didn't even drink the whole thing. My husband and I shared one and even just drinking half, my teeth hurt afterwards from all the sugar. I mostly only tasted sherbert and it tastes like the sherbert loaded up with sugar and fake flavoring you would get at supermarkets.

Will gladly update my review if I get the right drink next time. Hopefully, this time was...

I cannot have words to express how uncomfortable we felt today (we get protein shakes 4 times a week in this store). After we payed our orders this guy came to us from the back and yell at us “STEP ASIDE” out of nowhere and my husband felt so disrespected by him and told him why does he have to yell at us like that? And this employee was getting back at us and I told him: “it is the way you said things! You have to be respectful” besides there was no one behind us at that moment, we were standing there to see how they prepare the shakes.

So now I ask myself the question: were they hiding something they didn’t want us to see or simply is the way he treat customers.

From now on we will never buy in this...
