Awful experience that ruined my evening on 17 January 2023. Went to the shop with my 65 year old dad to buy him a number. Arrived at the shop at 6.45. Registered at 6.50 and received a notification that is one customer in front of me. 7.30 have been taken 3 customers. In my comment that they shouldn’t sent me this message (as obviously would have left the shop and wouldnt wait for 40 min as my dad has health issues, something I mentioned) an employee who didn’t have a label with his name in order to mention him in the review and didn’t provide full contact details, was rude to me and shout at me. He did that without taken accountability of his (?) mistake with the message, in order to create pressure from other clients waiting. Shame to Verizon for your employees attitude and to the rest of the employees for doing nothing. You should not bully customers. Video footage should be available as I mentioned date and time if anyone from Verizon wants to investigate...
Read moreI went in to pickup a new phone that was located in an easy pickup locker. The email instructions only say you’ll have to enter your phone number then follow instructions on the screen. Well the instructions were having a code sent to that phone number … but my phone was broken so obviously I could not receive the code. Hence WHY I purchased a new phone in the first place. There were SIX associates in the store and ZERO could or would help me. I literally had to sign into my account on an iPad in the store because they essentially told me to figure it out and come back when I can access - meanwhile no one would HELP me figure out how to access. Not sure why they need SIX people in the store if ZERO have the intention or ability to help. The “convenience” of those “easy pickup” lockers actually made the experience much more difficult. I went in due to my phone being lost or stolen she barely looked at me asking to scan the QR code I explained I don’t have my phone so scan and was asked to wait, ok fine. Mind you was rude to everyone that walked in. I waited for almost an hour and then she proceeded to take someone else before me. I was polite and asked said I as there before them and she asked me again if I signed in! I said no AGAIN I LOST MY PHONE and she thought I left and didn’t see me there sitting behind her for an hour!! Then when I explained again my phone was missing and was hoping if they can help me to order a new one, clearly I’m a bit stressed, she then tells me rudely they can’t do anything to help and I have to go through asurion insurance online to get a new phone.
