Hello Hydration — Local services in Hoboken

I went into the Paramus (Garden State Plaza Mall) location on December 13th as a walk-in and left having the best experience I’ve ever had! I went in wanting Botox and was seen immediately as a walk-in! Being a mom (of 3) sometimes it’s so hard to make the time to treat myself but I am SO happy I did! My son came with me to my appointment and all the staff were so kind to him! I saw Lauren for my service and she was so incredibly informative and pleasant! I already know for sure that the next time I come, I want to see her again! I think one of my favorite things about Hello Hydration is that I did not feel rushed whatsoever! Every single person was so sweet and kind, and made conversation with me while I was there from the moment that I walked in until the moment that I left! I would genuinely recommend Hello Hydration to anyone - The atmosphere is unmatched! This was also only the second time I’ve ever gotten Botox in my life so I did have some questions as the first place that I went to was not as informative as they were, so I highly recommend them if you are new to Botox or nervous about any procedure because they truly make sure that you are 100% comfortable before they begin and all your questions...

Overall it was an okay experience. I typically leave my self care appointments refreshed and feeling great about myself, however, I left Hello Hydration feeling more insecure. This was my first time at this business - My appointment was to get a touch up of Botox, and I did have some questions about filler dissolver which were answered. I typically get around 20 units of Botox and I wanted to try my crows feet which I knew would be an addition to the amount of units. I somehow ended up with a total of 40 units, which I know crows feet wouldn’t take 10 units on each side. Because of the $10/unit deal I feel like I got more units than needed to make up that it was apart of the deal. The biggest thing though was I felt my insecurities (my skin) were pointed out rather me bringing them up. I wasn’t there or not did I intend on bringing up questions on skin improvement questions. While the information and treatments they offer are up my alley, I didn’t appreciate how it was brought up out of my personal expense. His entire staff at Hello Hydration is absolutely amazing, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They were very thorough and responded to all of my questions and needs. They were always there for me & supported me from the moment that I walked through the door. Anything I needed they made sure I received it.

Dr. Tameem took his time to talk to me, to understand the look I wanted and explained everything in great detail. Not only is he amazing and talented, he's also a great guy. He is extremely personable and easy to talk to. He took such good care of me from beginning to end.
