I came in to get a drink and i saw the photo kiosk and wanted to get a photo of my pet. They had two options for printing, pick up and in seconds. I obviously chose āin secondsā as it was just one photo.I did the process and nothing came out of the printing machine. i assumed i needed to pick them up at the register so i go over there. As i was waiting in line to pay for my drink and pick up the photo, older employee waiting by the register asked me if i needed something and i told her i want to pay for my photo. The lady with an adidas sweater at the register immediately started speaking spanish to the older employee and said ātell her no, i dont want to do this anymore.āShe assumed i didnt speak spanish, but I do fluently as its my native tongue, and so i replied to her in spanish. She quickly changed the attitude and I told her that my photo didnt come out. She said that it must have and I didnt pick it up. I again told her no and even my two friends who were with me checked and they didnt find anything. I still caught her rolling her eyes as she had to go check the machine and then i saw her move a display stand next to the printer to retrieve my photo and qr code that was being blocked by the giant display case. I genuinely get when shifts are long and people are tired. I dont get upset at workers who want to go home and cant because customers can get annoying. But to have a really nasty attitude and be sneaky trying to use another language to lie just to not do your job is not the fault of the customer. Dont be assuming people dont speak the same...

I recently visited the CVS store to collect my prescription and had an extremely unpleasant encounter with a pharmacist. Upon my arrival, she condescendingly questioned why I wasnāt wearing a mask. When I explained that I didnāt have one, she proceeded to berate me, insisting I āneeded to learn a lesson.ā
Despite my attempts to remain polite, she offered little help and continued to escalate the situation unnecessarily. Her attitude was unprofessional and haughty. When I asked if she could be more polite, she dismissively replied that she didnāt see a need to change.
As I was leaving, she made disparaging remarks about me hopefully spreading illness to my family, which was completely inappropriate. When I requested to speak with her manager, she arrogantly claimed to be the highest authority there. She then displayed her name card with a smug remark to āspell it right,ā clearly believing there would be no repercussions for her behavior. This must be a daily norm for her.
I have never encountered such a pompous and unprofessional individual before. Her conduct was unacceptable, and she failed to provide the basic courtesy and assistance expected from a healthcare professional....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHad the worst experience w a pharmacist just now. I called and first he told me that to transfer my scripts Iād have to hound my Doctor to do it. I tried giving him the rx number. But no. āThatās not how you do itā. He also sounded like he just didnt really want to do it, but i pressed him. So he finally said heād call the old pharmacy and ātryā to get them transferred. He left a message shortly after that āthe pharmacy was closedā so therefore he was giving up. Dude these are adhd meds so I donāt have the capability to constantly babysit this guy everytime he gives up in life. He sounds like he is on morphine tbh. In other news, the old pharmacy is 24/7. But even if it wasnāt, you dont just give up if a place is closed. You wait until they open and do your dammed job. Jesus, it must be nice to never be held accountable for doing anything. Avoid this place for your scripts because this guy doesnt wanna help you. It was on Sat afternoon 5/21/22 in case management cares at all. Iām assuming they dont tho because why would they let this guy persist if they did. This pharmacy is...
