I went in and said I'm looking for a glass rig. So the lady started with these $40 glass grab bags. I just needed something till I order a new freezepipe. So I wasn't expecting much. A crappy glass rig and some junk I'll never use. I got the junk I'll never use. But the rig is silicone. I went back in to say the bag says glass but I got silicone. She says well the part you smoke out of is glass. Clearly they have no idea how smoking works. The banger was glass the part you heat up. It seemed like they have an incentive to sell the grab bags. I went in to this bills to get some new vape pens and the ladies where vary informational, and when I was leaving told me I had 14 days to return the products, Immediately had a issue with the vap device I bought a pod and they refuse to do anything to make this right. So I asked if they have new pods I can buy which they don't. I picked the vap device I did because the ladies told me they had more pods and they were readily available. So they lied about the stock and the return policy. They refuse to swap the unit out for a working one. The manger I spoke to was vary laid back and was making jokes about the situation.
