Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Holland

I placed my order on line, at approximately 8:00 pm! I hour before closing. I ordered extra sauce, and extra cheese, With Green peppers, Onions, Bananna Peppers, well there was hardly any sauce, super dry, the dough was almost raw, only dark around the edges/corners, and they didn't put extra cheese let alone enough cheese! So disappointed! I followed the app to see its progress! I was shocked to see that the progress was faster than predicted. When I walked into the door I waited for a few minutes and I was finally greeted. The young girl asked me to verify my 3 digit code? I said they didn't text me a 3 digit code? I gave her my full name 3 times, and I'm like why don't you TEXT the 3 digit number? My choice of communication! She said, i'm sorry pull up your email address! So now it's more time for me to sign into my email! Good grief!! I'm so disappointed, I even rebaked a couple pieces, and it was horrible! I'm really ticked off for the amount I paid! Let alone the worst deep dish pizza I have ever had! NEVER AGAIN will I order little Ceasars! They don't pay attention to EXTRAS when ordering on ONLINE! Maybe it was too LATE FOR THEM TO GO BACK TO THEIR FRIDGE...AND GET MORE STUFF? THEY DIDN'T WANT THE CLEAN UP OR HASSEL AND SO I HAVE TO DEAL WITH a horrible tasting pizza!...

Went to this location. To get food. Calls my order in. Said it would be ready in a 1/2 an hour. I take a little extra time just to make sure it's ready. And come to my surprise, it's not done for the 3rd time this month. I asked to speak to a manager. He looks back and shrugs his shoulders. And At the register. Said they had to remake my pizza and I had to wait another twenty minutes Said they had to remake my pizza and I had to wait another 20 minutes. We need to drop the ball on this one Little Caesars. Would love to speak to AG. M. But we're probably getting nowhere. This place does not need to be run by teenagers. And if you're over 18, please take your job seriously, it's making pizza also called on 4/19 to speak to another Manger to get mistreated over the phone won't be going here again toxic ppl at...

We come to this location every Wednesday night for a mid-week treat. It's always the same. The pizza is never "hot & ready" we always have to wait for the cashier to take our name and get the pizza when it comes out of the oven. If pizza comes out prior to our "order" being done, those get distributed to customers as they walk in... Even tho we've been waiting 10 minutes or so. I've NEVER walked in to this Little Caesars and seen the pizza warmer cabinets full of pizza, even though it's prime dinner hour, and well within their hot & ready times. We go to LC because it's a fair price for a ready made pizza. However, if I wanted to wait, I would call Marco's and have a better pizza delivered. The location on Bancroft doesn't usually have this problem so it's probably a problem...
