Nature's Market — Local services in Holland

My wife bought me a supplement here which turned into powder in my pill sorter. I went back to store, they asked me if I had bottle, I said no, same for receipt. They looked up credit card and told me it was not purchased here. I left. I looked up my credit card info, found the charge, went back and miraculously they found the transaction. They called me a liar and wasted my time. Bad products and worse customer service. I hope no one else has to be told they are a liar because a store doesn't want to refund a bad product. I will not return. I cannot recommend a business that treats even one customer like I was...

I have been having multiple problems with stomach, head, and digestion. When I called Nature's Market, not only did they answer my questions, but they printed me off many related articles from their book behind the counter on different ways to start tackling the problem....NATURALLY. It seems like every single time I go to the doctor they just prescribe some new synthetic medication without looking at the broader picture. You guys are AWESOME! Keep up the good work and I'll be in soon to buy some more...

The second I walked in several workers welcomed me and asked if I needed help! I had never been before so I let them know what I needed and I basically had someone give me a tour of the store as well as educate me on the different vitamins and supplements I needed. They were so helpful. They weren’t pushy sales people or anything. They actually saved me tons of money by recommending different brands and combo packs of what I needed.
