HORRIBLE experience! I ordered a Nike sweatsuit for my son for Christmas and he’s so tall that I needed to exchange it ..had the receipt in my phone followed the employee’s instructions when I walked in to go pick out a new one and leave my bag up front …I get to the register with the same employee who told me to pick what I needed and got treated terrible! So instead of just doing an even exchange he did an online return then admitted that he messed up! And couldn’t change it and that I had to either pay for the outfit again which was over $100 or wait 1-2 weeks for a refund to re buy! Very inconvenient for a Christmas gift which I stated several times and no one seemed to care! I then asked for a manager he calls a girl who Just repeated the same thing he did! I worked in customer service for over 20 years and I know I could have been compensated in some kind of way for only wanting an even exchange! Especially since it was the employees mistake for which he admitted! The girl then called another manager who was even worst! Walked up to me! No Hello! Didn’t introduce himself! No apology! Read moreGolf Review Only: I had the pleasure of working with Frank on my golf outing this afternoon. I needed assistance picking out a set of irons and with his help, we were successful. Frank was friendly and very knowledgeable about the product selection and pricing. He took his time to help me choose the right set and I feel confident going into my next round of golf. While I was there, I brought my old set of clubs in and Frank helped me with a much needed new grip and installation for my putter. This will give life back to the club for a very affordable price. In addition, I was able to sell my old clubs for an awesome amount. Be sure to check when there are extra percent trade-in deals and forget messing around with craigslist or selling them online, just bring them into the store! I'm not sure that I would have received this kind of service anywhere else and Frank does the job of putting Dick's sporting goods on the map as the best golf store in town...well at least in my part of the woods, Holly Springs/Apex...I will definitely be back to...

Thomas says no problem let's get a manager to fix. Andrew the asst. Manager comes up with an immediate chip on his shoulder. He was very rude from the start and says that price only applies to the display. The display had a price tag for $583. Once we point that out, he changes his story to where that price only applies to 2016 models which he has none in stock. I then asked to see his manager and he stated that he didnt have any and was the highest ranking manager. The asst. Manager is never the highest ranking manager. I then asked for the district manager, he said I cant talk to the district manager and had to call customer service. Customer service stated that Andrew was wrong and the item should be $799, but when they called him to correct they said he was extremely rude and would not do it.
