Finally we have Old Navy in Holly Springs NC. They have new collections on everything, the employees were very friendly, nice and helpful. The opening was successful, they had cupcakes, water bottles and balloons for kids. They were giving coupons at the entrance door. The store was clean neat and organized. There are many parking spaces outside.

Placed order for pickup in store. 2 hour wait time is what they give to have it ready. Waited over 12 hours, never got anything from the store. Went in assuming the communication never was sent. The associate proceeded to tell me that if they don't have it (even though it showed availability in store) a notification will never be sent saying they didn't have it. I'm done old navy. As a former ON employee this store is the best I've ever seen. It's so we'll organized and the staff is actually helpful. A mistake was made when checking me out that I didn't notice until I got home and they quickly and politely corrected it the next day no questions asked. It's so nice to know I have an old navy close to me I don't have to dread walking in to because I know it will take me hours to sift through stacks of...

It's a sad day when a national brand does not carry curvy women's clothing! My wife is sad about this as I assume this is the case with many women but it is a big concern when the majority of women in America are considered "Plus size" or "curvy" yet they have to pay extra or settle for unfashionable clothing!
