Im so incredibly upset! There was very good reviews which is why I chose this place. The price i got charged to alter my dress, take it up & out was insane. When i was supposed to pick it up the day before the wedding, the straps were falling off cuz it was taken out, she had to now tighten the straps. Now the dress wouldn’t be ready til next morning literally before I had to leave for wedding. Was in such a rush, had to drive 2 1/2 hrs there, tried it on so fast. Got to the wedding & put it on, straps were still too loose!! AND they weren’t even!! Dress was hanging down on me which made dress too long & i was stepping on it! I was so upset it ruined the day. Im very upset & disappointed 😔

In response, you told me the dress would be ready at 3pm on Thursday, then u said 6. This is when I discovered the straps falling off. I needed the dress next day. I was in such a rush to get to the wedding 3hrs away I tried it on so fast & didn’t realize the straps were still loose. There was no way to make appropriate changes as i was literally leaving for the wedding from ur shop. Additional mending services? It had to be done as u took the dress out, the straps were completely falling off. Just to make the dress fit me well? But it did not fit me well as the straps were still too loose & they were not even. There is no point on me bringing the dress back for u to make necessary changes as the wedding already happened the day i picked the dress up. Im just truly upset that i paid so much & the dress...

Andrea is fantastic!! I originally had taken my wedding dress to a different alterations store and it was terrible! The lady wasn’t helpful nor friendly and the place was extremely dirty! My wedding dress kept getting dirty! Then, I read great reviews about Andrea’s so I decided to give it a try and I am SO glad I did! Andrea is so friendly and helpful!!! She is so professional and knows exactly what needs to be done to your dress in order for it to look perfect on your big day! She is truly talented! Her store is extremely clean too! She is absolutely wonderful! I went for my first fitting today and I can’t wait to see the end result of my wedding dress! I HIGHLY recommend her for wedding dresses or any other clothes alterations! Andrea (owner) is a fantastic seamstress and fashion designer. She knows about design, fabrics, cuts, etc... It was a no-brainer for me to contact her when it was time to alter my wedding dress (yes THE wedding dress!). Her valuable input and experience in design showed as she made difficult alterations to my gown . I have been going to Andrea for years and will continue to seek and recommend her services. Her prices are very reasonable and her delivery time is accurate. My suggestion would be to bring your alterations with ample time (don't leave it to the last minute) as she has many loyal clients....
