I’m rating this place 1 star due to me coming here several times. The last time I was here I had a good time I won’t deny that because I came here with a friend it was a blast.

What I dint like was the service I paid for a strawberry daicari I don’t know the name well but it’s a drink that’s similar to a frappe the cost is 12$ I have no problem with the price, but, the drink had large chunks of ice in it….. also if there’s liquors added to it I guess it’s less due to the ice I don’t really know that, but come one large chunks of ice a very small amount of the drink….

The other thing the girl playing pool with the customer is way cool to be honest, but…… She barely spoke and interacted and added a 5$ tip to herself…. She was playing pool with other people the whole time and I had to go up to her or wait until it was a good quoe to go up to her it feels rather rude to interrupt a conversation and I had to go to the bar several times to ask for what I wanted.

Lastly they add a 15$ tip for all the servers without me saying so, ok, if that’s so I understand these are the rules but the service was rather sloppy these girls are not the priority here I am because I’m the customer I should be able to give whatever tip I want depending on the service that should be earned not expected of…. I dint even speak to all of them and I’m paying for a tip for all of them? Again I understand if these are the rules but it my money I earned it and I should have a say on what I’m tipping depending of how they served.

Tip total: 5$ for the service + 15$ for everyone of the = 20$ in only tips

It’s a good habit to see the receipt of what your paying for before paying you don’t want to pay for someone else’s drink by mistake or pay something you don’t get….

The food I can’t say I dint eat here the environment was good it’s only the service. I’m not coming here for anyone rather...

They are in the business of NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Be ready to be denied water and under qualified service staff that will take them 25 minutes to get 5 margaritas ready when the establishment is empty. Also, after spending over $100 will deny a cup of water. Needless to say, will try to charge regular prices while in happy hour, it took over an hour for them to kind of get the bill ready, I ended up overpaying just because I ran out of patience. Requested for the FORCED service fees to be removed, to be told by management to it was already too late. They trust their incompetent service staff more than to listen to customers, that are taken their time to be fair an break down charges so that we break even. It was a waste of time trying, very unpleasant experience. Please go somewhere else unless you are ok with a business running...

Horrible experience!! We went for my fiancé birthday and they said it would be a 15 min wait for a pool table. We had a party of 8 and as time went on they all left. It was over an hour when we noticed they gave the next open table to a group not waiting as long as we were. The hostess (manager) told us she would try to fix the situation which led to them escorting us out (party of 2) after everyone left telling us a waitress claimed we pushed her which would never happen in a million years. Extremely unprofessional, unorganized and chaotic environment. They shouldn’t lie to patrons just to get them in to spend money on drinks and then promise multiple people the same tables with no list in order. Never going there again.
