Ok, so my anniversary is in 2 days...yes, I procrastinated looking for my wife's gifts. Because I waited, my mind was all over the place in semi-panic mode because I have to work tomorrow, the day before my anniversary, leaving me little to no time. Maddy and Janice double teamed my "situation", which I sooo appreciated! Maddy went above and beyond to make sure EVERY idea was gone over in detail, (my mind was mush, lol). Janice and Maddy both found rings that I loved, and a necklace and bracelet set. The attention I received from them was nothing short of outstanding. Maddy definitely took my stress away, and made the experience worth the waiting I had indirectly made myself do! If I hadn't waited, I may have missed out on the fun that I had working with them. I seriously can't wait to give my wife what I bought her! They knew exactly what I needed, after talking with me about my wife. They were awesome 👌🏾, and I will definitely be back! Mother's Day and my wife's birthday are both coming up! Had to promise them I wouldn't wait next time around, lol!...

Went to purchase earrings for my grandmother a few days before christmas as you can imagine it was busy. We waited about 10 minutes as it was crowded with everyone making last minute purchases, i had picked out the pair of earrings and was informed they were 14k and 1/2 carat diamond the girl at the desk told me it was $239 with some change, i paid cash and made sure to get a gift receipt and went on with my shopping. After looking at my receipt a few days later my receipt says the total was $185.34 10k cubic zirconia, i never got my change back. I called the store, corporate, and then the store again nobody could help me. i ended up going back to the store and the manager checked the receipt and called up the associate that rang me up and she asked her if she took the money she obviously said no and the manager said well thats all i can do for you. Very unprofessional business and quite literally stole my money when they knew they would get...

I wouldn't let these place touch me with a 10 ft pole. They are unprofessional and have no clue what they are doing when it comes to ear piercings. My ear ended up getting infected a week after being pierced. To make matters worse they sold me short post earrings instead of long post. When I called them they suggested that I could take the earrings out and let it heal, come back with the earrings so they could exchange the earrings and re-pierce my earrings. I would have to laugh about that one because there was no way I was giving them any further money and letting them ever touch my ears. Just stay away from places like these, you will save yourself some time and stress. Find you a reputable tattoo and piercing shop who does piercings, it will be much better because they actually know what...
