Save yourself from being shocked, MUST READ THE LEASE if you’re leasing. I was told in the store that I would only pay the $425 for a watch I purchased. Upon checking out they offered a leasing option which I didn’t mind if it had NO INTEREST FEES. I was charged $70 for using Acima services plus Rental Fee $50 plus taxes. 21 DAYS LATER I received the copy of the lease via email. When I read it my jaw dropped, It stated I only HAD 15 days to go back on the agreement and the total amount I would pay for the watch would be $1,220.17 if I don’t buy out within the first 3 months. I do appreciate the wonderful customer service received in the store however, being authentic and straightforward with customers is of more value in my opinion. The owner rectified an incident I had there, and I value his professionalism. The manager is a great person and very understanding. My only adviced to anyone trying to finance their jewelry there, don't do it. There is an $65 extra charged (hidden fee) with the finance company on top of what you owe, and on top of that you have to pay every two weeks roughly $120. They give you 100 days to pay it (same amount), and if you don't, you will have to make another 30 payments after your 100 days ends. By the time you finish paying it off, that chain (or whatever you purchased) will cost you almost 3 times more it's value. Don't fall into that trap like I did. Pay it cash or use your credid card on the spot...

I went into the store for the first time and received great service. Sales personnel weren't pushy for a sale. They showed me pieces ranging from $$ to $$$$$, made me feel welcomed throughout the whole purchasing process. They explained the differences between the pieces and never did they once try to over sell. They gave me all the time I needed to decide. I asked the store manager to please hold the item I was considering buying, that I would be back with my decision and he did! I returned to the store knowing that I was getting a better price.
