Warning! I was at the Holyoke Mall Charley's, about 3 weeks ago. I sent pictures of my sandwich to Coperate and still haven't heard back from anyone. The service was not bad or good. I was looking to get something to eat. However, I was almost done with my large sandwich and bit into the other half, and that's when I had hair in my mouth. I love this place, they have good food and drinks and the staff are always nice and casual. The only problem I would have with them is the Philly cheese steak tends to be a bit dry but is fine since the sauce fixes the issue a bit and the fries I wish to be crunchier, other than those problems this is a great place to eat at. I used to like the food here but now they have knuckleheads for cooks and the food they serve is disgusting. A homeless person came up to me to ask for money for something to eat and I gave them my food. I actually feel terrible right now for giving them such slop.
