As someone who constantly shops at this Target, I can give you quite a few pro's and con's.
The store is always busy, which is great that they are getting customers- but bad in the sense that things are always sold out or not in stock. Not so much the stores fault- it's more like high demand and normal stock. They replace/refill as soon as they can. Another con- which again isn't the store's fault- is that parents let there children wander around. Or let the toy section baby sit for them while they go shopping. You also have the occasional group of teenagers throwing things/trying to steal/being loud. All of this causes for the aisles to be constantly messed up or toys being opened or staff thinking they have things in stock when in reality it's been stolen. Once again- In all honesty, the only people you can blame for this, are the parents. A store isn't obligated to watch your children and the mall isn't like a school drop off zone.
I've never heard of rude staff, I have seen customers yell and blame the staff for things out of their control. I've had some staff greet me or ask my how my day was- However, I don't really rely on customer support as I like to shop by myself. Customer service reps are really nice whether you are in store or on the phone. They will help set aside the item and check you right out when your ready to go. Even the self check out has made things completely easier.
4 out of 5 stars- you can't really blame them for not staying on top of children whose's parents let them loose causing chaos for their...
Read moreIt's always a challenge to find any motorized carts in this location, and if you do, then how do you expect people who have disabilities or different needs to get around if they are all dead or not plugged in?
My biggest complaint had to deal with Renee of Holyoke in the electronics department (I'm not sure if that's her department). It's right next to the book section, and I was curious as to whether they had a particular book in stock as I didn't see it on the shelves and they don't mark the aisle numbers in this area. She automatically had a dismal attitude when asking me if it was an anime book and asked if I'd looked and brought me over to the section and was like "well, if its here, it would be here". Then I was kind of trying to quickly end the conversation and leave since she wasn't seeming like she particularly wanted to help. She asked well what the dpci or something like that with an eye roll, and I'm sorry, but its a bit off putting when people of any job say their work specific words and assume what people know what you're talking about. Then she was like well it's discontinued so we won't get anymore. Never mind that it said there were 2 in stock at this location. I honestly just wanted to leave the area and let it be. She was just that unfriendly and not helpful. I don't mind being told this information since I'd already heard it at a different store, but try to make it so that your employees don't cop attitudes and make your customers or anyone feel stupid for asking...
Read moreI had the worse experience at this target today. I always shop here because is near my house and my job, but the manager on duty was very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I understand that their is a sign located on your collective cards five per costumer, but no where near does it say five per day or that someone else can’t purchase the item for their friends, family, or individual. He didn’t let a customer get the four he force me to return back. He follow me back to the back in the line and to the register like if I am going to steal. First informal I wouldn’t steal from your store where I clearly work in the same mall where this target is located. I wouldn’t jeopardize my job at any given point. Secondly; if I request a higher up manager I would love to speak to one because I use to work in this target back in 2011 and I know there is more then one manager on duty. He refused to get a his boss. He refused to give me a number to call corporate. I had no other choice, but to get a security involved for his behavior. Thirdly; he let another family get more then five of the same item and didn’t told any of them that the limit was five per customer or five per day. That right there tells me that your manager abuse his power and let anyone who he feels ok to let certain thing slide. I would like this to be fix and I would love to speak who ever is in charge because my money is important as anyone...
