PANDORA — Local services in Holyoke

I went into Pandora about two weeks ago before heading out on a work trip. My bracelet (a gift from two years ago) had a faulty clasp and kept falling off my wrist—I was constantly worried about losing it. I decided to replace it and went to the store for help.

The staff recommended a specific new bracelet with ridges, claiming it would be more secure. On top of that, they suggested I buy a protective clip for the charms I already had(saying this bracelet can damage the charms), and then pushed the protective plan, which I also purchased. I spent quite a bit of money trusting their recommendations. A new bracelet, a clip for the charms, and the plan.

Fast forward just TWO weeks later—after very minimal wear—the new protective clip falls off and disappears. A $50 clip, gone. I went back to the store with the bracelet and receipts in hand, hoping they would either replace it or at least offer a discount. Not only did they refuse to help, but the staff member didn’t even bother to look at my receipt. The whole experience felt dismissive and unprofessional.

Safe to say, I’m done with Pandora. Their products don’t hold up, their service is disappointing, and it’s been a complete...

These ppl are so wonderful. I had the pleasure of dealing with Samantha. She went above and beyond! I got my engagment ring and wedding band back in February 2025.I needed my ring repaired cuz I lost a stone. I also was curious about getting both the r8ng and the wedding band a half a size smaller. I left there with 2 brand new rings! And it cost me $0!!! I was so pleased and wasn't expecting ANY of this! I was expecting to have to wait 2 weeks for the ring and was expecting them to tell me I had to pay for the resizing of at least the band...maybe not the ring...but nope. Nothing...very very pleased! Highly recommended this store in the holyoke mall!! Ask for Samantha!...

Apparently you can only return a bracelet if you have not put it on??? Confused, because if it's a gift, how do you know if it fits or not until you've worn it! It was too large for my wrist... Went to return it and Francis the Assistant Manager stated you're right it is too big, but they can't exchange it if you're wearing it👎 Really!!?? How else would you see that it didn't fit, by looking at it?!! When sold, they stated you can return it at any time if it doesn't fit her smh FALSE ADVERTISING!! Very poor customer service... Definitely not looking to satisfy the customer, just make...
