TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came to this place to get the back of my phone 13 pro fixed which was just a crack they said no problem we can do that paid $250 to get it fixed it took them over 3 1/2 hours to do it.. my phone later ended up acting weird and continuously kept shutting off and turning back on then completely shut off and it would not turn back on would not charge. Call the place so that I could figure out what was wrong with the phone because it was working perfectly fine even with the cracked back. I dropped off the phone when they told me to and the technician wasn’t there the next day it was supposed to be done and the technician was still not there and I was told that a technician was there the day before even though he was not. After days of waiting I finally got a phone call that they opened up the phone and the phone battery was no longer soldered to the phone the flashlight was broken and there was water damage inside!!!! Then they told me they were going to have to send it out and so they did. five weeks later after calling at least twice a week with trying to find out updates they tell me they’ve already had my phone for a few days NEVER called me to let me know and only to tell me it’s no longer fixable!!! And the people had the audacity to try and make me pay over $100 for them breaking my phone. I will NEVER come back Or RECOMMEND this place to anyone ever!!! I know had to spend another $1200 to buy a brand new phone after they completely...

Great if you're looking for your tablet and phone to be fixed, The prices are fair and reasonable compared to other places that want to fix products and they have good accessories as well, The owner / employees are respectful and nice for example I went there with my mom because she owns a Boost phone and bought a screen protector at Boost store but the Boost store employee either didn't know how to put the screen protector on or was too lazy to want to And it came with no instructions on top of that on how to put it on so we went to the mall to see if any of the phone vendors would help but I recommended to try to go to "iFix📱Here" 1st because they're more well respected compared to the little side vendors that could be sketchy or overpriced so we went to iFix📱Here" 1st And we explain the situation to the employ he was the one to explain that said that either the boost employee didn't know how or most likely too lazy to want to put it on so he looked at our situation and he was happily able to help and he put the screen protector on free of charge for the fact that it was super easy for him to do and took really not much time we offered the pain a little bit but he declined and said it was super easy it's okay,

I highly recommend this place...

BEWARE!! - These guys are scammers.. They will tell you that they will replace your screen with a new OEM original panel but then they will install an aftermarket panel. If you notice the difference and call them out they will put your old screen back BUT STILL CHARGE YOU $80 AND STEAL/LOCK UP YOUR DEVICE IF YOU REFUSE TO PAY THEM FOR SCAMMING YOU.

Please read the other reviews about this place. The fact that MULTIPLE people take time out of their day to write a negative review says a lot about this place.

They quoted me $275 to replace my S23 Ultra screen which is a AMOLED 120hz panel and "guaranteed" it was an original screen. When installed it barely looked like 30hz, color was all off, and the screen didn't even go all the way to the edges. I confronted him saying it wasn't original and he responded by saying I can either pay $350 for a REFURBISHED Samsung panel (why would I pay more for a used screen??????) or he can put my broken screen back on and pay him $80. If you refuse to pay the $80 since they lie to your face about what they're installing, they will lock up your phone and refuse to give it back.
