We have purchased several times in the past and have had a pleasant experience but this time I return to the store after purchasing a new sofa and recliner and am looking for a table to go with it and I tell them that I am not particularly pleased that the color of the furniture isn’t exactly what the picture online shows. And I got barely a hint of a I am sorry you are unhappy, what can we do to make it right? So much for service after the sale. Disappointing to say the least. my wife and i returned to the store to look for a table and lamp to go with the new sofa and recliner and the guys there were very helpful and patient with us. i meant to give it four stars the first time i left a review. the only thing that didnt give them five stars was the original complaint. but regardless of that my wife and i will continue to shop there for any future needs..its nice to not have to travel far to get...

I recently purchased a sofa and ottoman from Van Gorders. I had made prior purchases and was happy with their service in the past. Max assisted me and was very helpful and informative regarding the choices and fabric . Dominic and Karl delived my sofa yesterday. They had many challenges in getting the sofa through both of my doorways, They were very helpful in moving items to accommodate the sofa and persisted until the sofa was set in place. I was shopping for a new recliner to match my other furniture. Found a lazy boy recliner that they ordered one to match my other furniture. The price was so good because I saw the same recliner at the lazy boy dealer, in Dickson City, the next day and they were charging $1,000 more for the same recliner.
