Iâve been shopping at other boxlunch locations for a few years. This is the only one that gave me issues. Itâs disappointing to realize that this particular store, in my home where Aloha has always been common, hired an employee with the temperament of a toddler. Although, thatâs not entirely true. Iâve seen toddlers with more emotional regulation than she displayed.
Anyways, during checkout, she asked for my number. Then she said, âyour number isnât associated with an account. We will get that changed and you signed up.â I told her no, thanks. She then said, âit will help Maui get mail.â I told her that I was alright. Her entire demeanor changed. She then started huffing and puffing. Rolling her eyes and shaking her head. Aggressively pressing buttons(which had me holding back laughter, tbh). At one point, she pulled out her phone for a few seconds then shoved it back in her pocket. Not something anyone should be using as a means to make whatever quota you have. 3. That employee should NOT be working a customer facing job until she learns how to properly respond when being told noâŚyou know, like toddlers are...

Read moreGreat store to find the latest anime, manga, anime, tv show trends, clothes, buttons, backpacks and more. If you or someone you know is a fan of anything pop culture related, from Stranger Things to Anime shows, this is the store to visit. You will find a lot of products here, from figurines, stickers, belts, candies, magnets, shirts, hats and much more. The store was very well organized and clean. The employees were very nice and welcoming as well. It is a bit tight in here when there are a lot of people so it is difficult to navigate through when you are walking around or trying to look at something. But overall, a great store with a wide range of products from popular pop culture shows,...
