Based on first impression: your mobile website is not the best to navigate I’m not sure if the desktop version is better but for the mobile site some of the links don’t open unless you click the option or even second option below it. When I called I asked if that would be an option for today and she said “definitely not today” with the most condescending tone and a pause to say nothing else to me - as if I was supposed to already know that. So I asked when it would be and she said there’s time tomorrow which was more helpful. She then started explaining instructions at a fast speed instead of giving me time to inquire further which made me feel as though I was in a quick get off the phone business barter.
