SUPERCUTS — Local services in Honolulu

I called this Supercuts location at 10:20 am on 2/3/15. A girl answered "Hello." I was a little caught off guard. I asked "Is this super cuts?" she said "yes". I asked if i could make an appointment for today and she replied "We don't make appointments, we make reservations." In my head i was thinking that was pretty rude. So i asked her "okay well can i make a reservation?" and she said "yeah when?". I honestly don't need to go on with the whole conversation, but she was very rude. Didn't even say thank you for calling. At the end of making my "Reservation" for the day i asked if i could get her name. She was very sassy and said her name was Hazel? i couldn't quite get the name but that is what it sounded like. Fong is the best!!! Been going to him for 8 years. He’s been cutting hair for approximately 30 years. He talks like a fortune cookie & cuts your hair like a Bonsai tree focused on painstaking little details to make everything perfect. He’s a true master of his craft & an artist. I change up my hair style regularly & he nails it every time. He cuts the hair of the millionaire & billionaire crowd that’s moved into the Kaakao area which is shocking considering it’s a Supercuts, but Fong has a reputation for being the best around.

This is my first time ever writing a review. I just had to because I had the best salon experience of my life just now. Han was the one who cut my hair and she was phenomenal. Not only did you give me the best haircut I’ve had, but she was fun to talk to and was really a master at her craft. Did the whole massaging the head and neck and hot towel treatment. Never got such a in depth treatment at a supercut before. Will come back again for sure, probably next month.
