Went to Organic Spa on Friday night after work. The first plus is that they had late hours to accommodate my schedule. Easy to find and ample parking. The decor, including the light scent and relaxing sounds, was extremely soothing and got me in the mood to totally unwind ... Forget about everything else and just be present in the moment to enjoy my pampering. I was worried about my sensitive skin, but Dominika assured me that the all-natural ingredients would be fine. Sure enough, I didn't have the redness and itchiness that I normally endure after putting products on my face. The procedure was heavenly. :) I got the mini facial, since it was my first time there, but next time I will treat myself to a full facial. Last week was my first time here. I booked my appointment on-line via their website which was super easy and self-exploratory. Immediately, I received confirmation message and another one with pre-waxing tips. I think this was super helpful and nice of them since it was my first time ever receiving such service. I was a bit stressing out but Dominika made me feel relaxed. She explained every step of the waxing process and even offered to play my favorite music. I also booked a mini facial with her. The mask and creams are organic and smell so good. My face looked great and was glowing after the facial and I felt relaxed and amazing. I was looking for a new esthetician, and this was my first time to Organic Spa. I debated over several options, and settled on Organic Spa due to its price, location and good reviews. I immediately noticed the available appointment times that fit a schedule for those of us who aren't available midday on weekdays-- great! The online booking system was easy to use.

On my appointment day, Dominika texted me directly to let me know about the COVID-19 safety policies, greeted me at the door and was friendly and welcoming, asking what made me most comfortable.
