I paid extra money to have my callus done but unfortunately nothing was done. It was the same as when I walked into the salon. I told the lady that I wanted my fingernails cut shorter but she refused and did not trim it either. Also, I paid extra to have a design on both my big toes a leopard print and the lady said she can do it. The design was not even close to a leopard print. It was dots and a glob of glitter in the middle of the 3 dots and the design was smeared. I called the salon to let them know and the lady said she will have a manager call me back after taking my number but I have not received a call back. I don’t think I would ever go back there again. Been here twice now and both times I received exceptional service. Both Gel Fill and Pedi were top notch… Tina on my nails and Lynn on my toesies! No nails lifting or breaking in between services and still received compliments on nails right up before my next scheduled appointment! I prefer polish only and no designs or embellishments, but I know they do offer designs and the woman before me was real happy with hers! I will definitely continue booking with Honolulu Nails!!! Bonus….they were ready for me at my scheduled appointment time and I did not have to wait until they were finished with another customer! I always go here because its a very convienent place to my home. The girls who use to work there were so good. There are new workers and there nice but i can tell that there work isnt that good. I always ask that i want my toe nails to be squared but they always round it. They dont pay attention to detail abd they dont listen to what you ask. So dissapointed. Decided to give it a few trys after and still no change. Lost a good cuztomer n good tipper. And everytime i come they always be charging me so much money.
