This airport lounge is an excellent place to wait for your flight if you are looking for a very clean, calm and quiet place with comfy seating, wifi and AC -- but know there is very limited food (paid snacks only) and no alcoholic drinks. Signage isn't great, so we found it helpful to look up the map beforehand. Like other lounges at HNL, you need to go down to the ground / garden level.
Access was complimentary because we were Aulani guests. We made an online reservation the same day as our lounge visit, and our check in was easy, led by a very warm and professional host.

Look for the sign near security checkpoint 3 ( go right after clearing security) and take the elevator or stairs down the stairs and you’ll end up in front of the Japanese garden.
