My husband bought a ring back in 2019 when we were visiting from Australia. He spent a couple thousand on it. He used it to propose to me. A few months later one of the stones fell out, they offered just to replace the stone but I had to pay to ship it back. Don’t you want something cheaper?”

I owned many pieces of Tiffany’s, NaHoku and Mikimoto. The reason I walked in was because I didn’t have anything cheap, but unfortunately they thought I couldn’t afford it.
Very racist sales women (I’m not gonna say because they are Korean at all), rude manners and terrible English! Now all my friends know to avoid this store in Honolulu. How do they get any...
Read moreMe and my wife came here around 10-26-21 on our Honeymoon. We wanted to change our bands because me and didn't really like them so I decided to go ahead and upgrade with her. We when into the store not really expecting to fine anything. The people that work there are amazing and were will to help us find the perfect rings and not to mention they are not "pushy" sells women like back in NC. They even like me switch out the first ring I picked out for a different one. So now not only do we have amazing wedding bands but a memory from Hawaii. I'm honestly wanting to go back and see them again! Sadly I'll have to use the website but that's fine. I'll definitely be getting other...
