Ambiance is good with modern hipster design. In full disclosure I was feeling picky when I ate here. The green tea waffle comes with some topping I don’t like, but the green tea waffle idea intrigued me. I asked if I could get the guava waffle toppings on the green tea waffle and was told no. I knew my dislike for pineapples would cost me one day :( I ordered an Acai bowl instead and it was just ok.
My wife got the $18.50 Breakfast Feast that is 80 percent iceberg lettuce with a generic balsamic vinegar dressing. Two eggs, one slice of toast, small sausage, and small serving bacon was in there as well. Sounds like a lot but my 11 month old baby ate most of it and my wife left hungry.

First, I watched the waitress give someone the wrong drink. The customer touched the drink, acknowledged it was the wrong drink and brought it to the waitress. The waitress proceeded to take the drink and hand it to someone else. Second when our food arrived, the egg on my husband's sandwich was ice cold. And I am talking came out of the refrigerator cold. He walked up to the counter, explained his concern, and the took his food back. They then came back with the same sandwich after they microwaved it. Now one thing most people understand is that if food isn't kept above or below a certain temperature bacteria grows, and that is extremely concerning to me. For $50+ definitely...

We were then informed that they had a panini press that warmed the panini. It didn’t. There was a large cold block of cheese wedged between a thin slice of ham and a couple of spinach leaves; surrounded by a croissant had been subjected to the worst culinary cruelty and inevitable slow death. It’s very safe to say that we would not eat at this establishment again. Fortunately, we found Sweet E’s Cafe, and enjoyed our breakfast there...
