I am a huge purchaser and wear tons of lululemon. I have never had any issue with a store. I go to Maui every year and they have the best selection of exclusive Hawaii gear at the Wailea shops and they restock every morning and afternoon with lots of variety. I went to Oahu and to the store in Waikiki and never have I been told to come and wait in line for exclusive apparel at 9am for a 10am opening. They have one small rack for both men and women with very little stock and needless to say it would be appreciated by the staff if you are not the first five in line you get nothing. Customer service is primary and this store does not understand that. If you are trying to promote business this is a terrible way to tell customers to come and have no stock. The doors opened at 10am and by 10:07 everything was sold. That tells you how little they give or put out for customers. At least if people show up you should have enough stock for at least those in line for at least an hour worth of shopping not 7 mins. Would not shop at this...

My child accidently spilled a drink and I actually let them know and I stood in front of it so no one can slip. I cleaned it up with a baby wipe and waited patiently for someone to come back and help me.

And told the other associate can she get a paper towel. She cleaned the left of the residue with some attitude and I asked where is the trash and she just replied over there.
I only knew where to throw it cuz I saw another associate throw something under a register. Furious I threw the trash under the register with no (excuse me I'm throwing something) and left the store.
I shop here all the time and coming back home to Hawaii I wanted to get the limited kind style island print to bring back to the mainland.
But at the end of that experience I...

The cashier was untrained on the register nor educated on the geographical landscape of the island. We were denied the return which was fine. However, we were then followed by the sales associates in the store. Especially the elder woman, whom approached us and invaded our personal space like we were thieves. She either was trying to look in our shopping bags or uneducated in the life skill of greeting customers. After spending thousands of dollars with Lululemon we will no longer be shopping at this current location. I would advise on island shoppers, to go shop at the Ala...
