Disappointing Experience at Makai Gift Outlet
My recent visit to this gift shop left me utterly disappointed and appalled by the lack of courtesy and respect displayed by the staff. Not only were they incredibly rude and prejudiced, but they also showed a complete disregard for our family and mistreated my son.
Despite encountering warmth and hospitality from the people at numerous other stores and restaurants throughout Hawaii, I was horrified by the manner in which we were treated. It's disheartening to see such behavior in an establishment that should strive to make all customers feel welcome and valued.
From the moment we walked in, it was evident that the staff lacked basic decency and professionalism. Their demeanor towards us was unwelcoming, and their discriminatory behavior towards my family was unacceptable.
