If I could give negative stars I would. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever dealt with. My friend and I were excited for this boat ride even though some locals told us it wasn’t all that great. Although I can’t speak for the actual experience… I can say the lack of compassion made me lose all interest anyway. We were headed there when we unfortunately suffered a car accident. It was nothing too serious but it did keep us from arriving on time. Knowing we wouldn’t be able to make it there(bcs we were now without a car) we called hoping to reschedule for the next available time or some partial refund. The lady on the phone was so rude and short with us. I just wanted some understanding on the situation but it seemed she couldn’t care less. I wanted to eventually rebook so we could give it a fair shot but they made it impossible. Next time we will be trying with another company. Save your money and don’t book with...

Can’t say enough how much I love these sails! The boats are so nice super comfortable and has plenty of space sit and move about. The crew is hilarious and super nice, they keep the drinks coming and you really just need to bring some tip money. It’s a nice way to start the night out if you want to stay near Chinatown. It’s a better deal for drinks with something cool, than if you were to just go straight to the bars 🤫. You could book Fridays for fireworks or sunset most days of the week, snorkel in the morning.. they really have it all!!
