Don’t waste your time or money. Don’t be fooled by the luxurious marina behind their “office.” This company is advertising Jet Ski rentals to “ride along the beautiful blue waters of Waikiki Beach!” This could not be further from the truth. We wasted a day of our honeymoon thinking we could see the coast and beaches. After waiting 40 minutes from the time we were told to be on site, we were asked to get in a transport van. Next, a 20+ minute “scenic” ride, very far away from Waikiki beach, through the industrial docks of Honolulu (if you like tractor trailers hauling shipping containers and storage tanks, this is the ride for you), in which our driver spent the majority of the time texting, not saying more than a couple words to us (only couple in the van). We were taken to a random boat ramp, at which an unmarked small boat was waiting for us, “captained” by a local, wearing unprofessional attire, who told us to remove our sandals prior to getting aboard as the boat was “new and they didn’t want anyone dragging anything across it.” (This boat was clearly only “new” to this company). Next a 5-10 minute boat ride listening to loud music to a homemade barge in the middle of a bay under the airport jet traffic, where a few duct tape engineered jet skis were “dry docked.” These jet skis were well worn and missing many parts. We were told that we could circle the barge for 30 minutes, staying outside some “aircraft landing area” buoys. Oh and “watch out for the rocky reef, because you don’t want to damage the equipment.” Nowhere in their ads was it explained that the reservation was for 30 minutes of equipment time and over and hour of transportation. This may, however have been a silver lining, as we were more than ready for this event to be over by the time we were waved in. But to our dismay, we then had to wait on this barge for another 15 minutes for the transportation van driver to text the barge “captain” saying they were ready for us. This company clearly has no interest in the Jet Ski rentals or customers...

The low ratings by other guests are no joke. I never leave reviews but my experience was bad enough for me to warn other travellers, especially solo tourists. They have a very limited idea of customer service.

They rescheduled my original parasailing booking due to bad weather (strong wind). This was understandable. On the new booking date, 2 days later, it was just as windy but I didn't get asked to rebook or cancel a second time. Cancelling yourself means you lose your money, so I arrived 30 minutes prior to the experience time as instructed.

Check in went smooth, but it was a long wait after. The boat came 15 minutes past the scheduled time--meaning I waited 45 minutes by this point. The boat staff ignored everyone waiting to talk with the booth staff and have a smoke.

After waiting a few more minutes, I asked the staff what was going on and only then did they tell me they were cancelling due to the wind. No apologies, just instructions to go to the booth to reschedule and a "thanks for waiting". Strange that they showed gratitude that I waited around to be told nothing about what was happening.

Lady at the booth told me her co-worker said she informed everyone waiting about the cancellation 5 minutes ago, even though my name wasn't crossed off the list. Clearly she didn't. The only other group booked at my time also left only 30s before I asked the staff myself. Cancellation procedures took 10s and I wasn't issued a refund until then. They were probably hoping to keep my money if I didn't speak up. Was not offered any compensation for the wait nor the trip out to their location.

Go find another company who actually cares about their customers. If anything goes wrong the day of, you're in for a bad time with...

Captain Dan and crew, Zack were super amazing hosts for our parasaling experience! My husband and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with this cherry on the top excursion which our, Marriott hotel recommended and assisted us to book. Every detail was clearly explained to understand what to expect. The service was professional, courteous and accommodating. The boat, equipment, and skill were top notch. There were 2 other nice couples and a lady in our group, who was paired up with a volunteer who had already gone, for balance. The ride was full throttle going out and coming back causing a need to hang on tight, queezy stomachs and a bit of hurling. Being suspect, fortunatly, I prepared ahead and wore my sea- bands for stability. The water was amazing! Our consented dip coming in was perfect! Our flight was as smooth as molasses. We took off safely in a seated posture on deck and returned smoothly the same way. The weather was optimal with calm winds and the height of our flight was serenely, peaceful. The view that included Diamond Head was spectacular! This excursion was a long time dream fulfilled that met my expectations on all points for such a memorable, occasion and place! It was the highlight of our Hawaii trip. We opted for the photograpy package which we are well pleased with. I can not recommend this excursion enough and Xtreme Parasail for their expertise and friendly service. 💯% If you're considering parasailing you will not regret choosing Xtreme Parasail! Thank you, Captain Dan and...

This was SO FUN! They are super nice. You just bring your stuff leave it and your shoes in the boat. Bring one of those phone thing around your neck and fly up. Its safe to take your own videos/photos up there. Also you can tell them how much water dipping you want. I recommend going like in the middle kf your group like 3rd if there’s 5 groups. You can do groups up to 3 ppl at once or even go alone. Make friends.

Parasailing was something we wanted to try when we went to Hawaii so we booked through Groupon and it was under Diamond Head Parasail only to find out Xtreme Parasail is who actually fulfills it. Took a bit of research to find out it was actually them who would take us so I could get my questions and concerns answered. However, on the Diamond Head parasailing website they did answer through their email in a timely manner, but don’t bother calling the phone number for Diamond Head it goes straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full. Anyways, Xtreme parasailing did a great job. They have you come in 30minutes early to check in and then you wait til the boat comes. The crew was super nice and very chill. Some of the other riders were getting motion sickness as the waters were rough that day. The crew were very patient and understanding. They made sure everyone was being safe as well. They offer a photo package for 40$ you can also bring your own phone up and take your own pictures at your own risk of course. Overall it was pretty quick and fun. Definitely recommend these guys, just go straight through them though the other company on Groupon seemed like a middle man.
