I'm so disappointed in See's! The letdown is real. I have always admired and loved the whole See's experience but this time almost everything went wrong. I was shopping for chocolates and candies for a friend and her kids who have nut allergies and expressed this from the get go to the lady who was free when I was able to steal her away from whatever riveting story another customer was telling to the two lady's working there. She wasn't much help and when I asked her about a certain package of Halloween candy she assured us that neither one we were looking at had any nuts. We decided to splurge and get some sweets for our family while there and each of us picked from their glass cases. After ringing us up and throwing in some extras she had behind the counter we thought everything was great! Getting home we had time to dig deeper into the details of the packages for our friends and both had some sort of nuts. Super disappointed as it seemed the entire time we were there the attendant was so distracted that I had to tell her several times what we wanted from the glass cases and come to find out she rang us up for everything we asked for and my choices never made it into the small bag. I've been coming to See's for years now. Ever since I was a kid and now as an adult because it's my mom's favorite. So I came today to pick up a box of my mom's favorite chocolate for my birthday and I had the best customer service ever. Out of any store I've been to or anywhere I've shopped, this has got to be the best service I've received in years. I wish I remembered the girls name who helped me. She was like 5ft tall and wore glasses. While there was a long line, she didn't try to rush me and I had a few questions. She also asked if it was a gift and gift wrapped it special for my mom's birthday. When you first go in you get kinda bummed because the line is long but then soon realize it's because the workers are giving the best customer service to each and every person. Especially nowadays the customer service in most jobs seems to be non existent everywhere you go, but this girl was awesome. So nice, very patient and helpful. She even gave me samples that she didn't have to. I'm honestly just blown away by how awesome she was. It's no wonder this store has been open longer than almost any store on the island. I'm sorry I forgot your name but whoever you are, you're amazing and I have no doubt you will go far in life....

Fantastic little candy shop situated just outside the mall. The store is clean and well organized as we find with most Sees, but the difference here is our attendant, Rhoda who was so friendly, funny and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for Rhoda and her good natured banter made the experience extra special.
