I go here for papers and whenever my glass ends up breaking. I bought 2 vapes and one of them was auto firing. I took it back and was interrogated like a serial killer. What really makes me leave this review, is the boy who I am assuming is part of their family asks me "since u worked vape shop before, if a customer comes in like this what do you do?" And I explained no questions asked, we exchange or if they really are unhappy we would refund them. He begins to tell me how it's a COMPANY MANUFACTURER DEFECT. understandable, but your selling their product so you should go about sending all the defect products back. I opened a brand new one in front of them, and they were trying to tell me it's "still good". The lady told me I could take the one I was trying to exchange + the 1 I opened in front of her (also auto firing). I told her hell no. Prob never coming back... props to the uncle tho, he's the only reason I been coming back here n there. Sad how over 1 vape you lost a customer who been comin around since like...

What makes a great business is customer service. Having a great selection of products is also important. Vape Hawaii has you covered on both. A couple of days ago I went in to see if they had replacement coils for my device. The sales team suggested some and I made the purchase, unfortunately it wasn't the right thing. Initially, I was frustrated and then I decided it was a great opportunity to buy another device (you can never have too many, lol). I went back the next day and they didn't have in stock an item I wanted that fit the coils I purchased. What happened next is what really impressed me. The older gentleman, I'm assuming was the owner, offered to return the item, even though I had opened one of the coils. He asked what I paid, which was $23, then offered to return it for $20. Has a extensive selection of vape gear and juices. He is very patient and allows taste testing of juices. If you are a visitor to Hawaii, as I was, don't forget to do your currency conversion. Sadly, doesn't sell any Australian juices. Also sells tobacco goods, which are VERY different from what we get in Australia. It was the best vape shop I visited, while in Honolulu.
