Amina Pizzeria LLC — Restaurant in Honolulu

Was not expecting to find such a wonderful pizza place in Hawaii but this little hole-in-the-wall joint is exactly what I needed! The menu selection has a lot of variety and even some great vegetarian options. We ordered the garlic cheese bread, wings, and two personal pizzas (one pepperoni and one Hawaiian). My wife had been wanting a Hawaiian pizza as this was our first trip here and she loved it! But first the garlic cheese bread. It was cooked to perfection and SOOO flavorful! The right amount of cheese and the bread was so soft. I'm not usually a French bread fan because it's so easy to mess up but they nailed it! The wings came out piping hot from the oven and had some really nice seasoning. My pepperoni pizza had the pepperonis perfectly placed on the pizza so every part of it was symmetrically covered (reminded me of the movie Mannequin). The pizzas were both delicious and cooked just right! The servoce was extremely fast with our food which is saying something considering everything seems to run on "Island time". The lady working was so sweet and always had a smile. My wife asked for a side of ranch and she gave her 2, at no charge! All in all, the only sad part is that I wish this place was in Vegas where I live. But I'll have to come back to Hawaii just to get a good pizza...

Not a bad calzone at all, especially for being in Hawaii. It was a decent size. $13 for the spinach and garlic with meatballs added. Plenty of cheese and filling. Good flavors with the garlic. I think I'd get one again from them. Not sure about their pizzas. I didn't try one but don't think I would either. Nothing against their pizzas but I just think for pizza you'd have better luck at dominos or Pieology for the price, just my two cents. I'd stick with the calzones here. Don't think you can go wrong with them. The sauce was generic as mentioned in the other reviews but still worked with the calzone. I'm glad it was there. Having grown up in NY, I just like calzones and it's nice to know I can get one living way out here in Hawaii and I think this will be my spot to get my fix.

Service was great and they were very fast. Ordered over the phone. Took me about 10 minutes to walk there and it was ready when I got there. I absolutely loved the older lady working the register. A wonderful and extremely popular small pizzeria that serves Halal Italian food. The menu is of a decent size, a good variety of Pizza, Pasta, Lasagna, Penne, Calzones, Sandwiches, Ravioli, and Salads. Please make sure to mention that your food needs to be prepared with Halal meat right at the time of order. The lady at the order counter is super nice, friendly, and very helpful. She greets every customer with a smile and respect while making small talk. The soft drinks are also priced very nominally. The seating area has a total of 10 chairs with tables, usually people for take away orders sit her while waiting for their order.
