⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service and Unmatched Skill at TCA Honolulu! I can’t say enough about the incredible experience I had with Christian F. at TCA Aloha inside Don Quijote Honolulu. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and genuine aloha. Christian’s expertise and professionalism were immediately apparent.

For context, I had spent 5 frustrating days bouncing between my carrier and their authorized repair dealer, UBIF, who insisted I pay fees for services clearly covered by my insurance. They kept offerring me to purchase a "monthly membership subscription" to reset my phone, something already included in my plan. SCREEN REPAIRS which are FULLY covered under my 1.)extended warranty and 2.) protection plan. UBIF quoted me $350 for data recovery, OR $250 to reset and erase all data, OR $150 if I joined their "membership". They initially claimed they could wipe it for free, but because the screen was malfunctioning and the phone was locked, additional fees were necessary. All they had to do was get the screen to work and my problems would have been gone instantly.

After more back and forth, my carrier reiterated that everything should be covered and I shouldn’t pay them a dime. But UBIF wouldn't budge. My carrier rep, shocked by this, referred me to TCA Honolulu and that’s when everything changed.

Christian greeted me with genuine kindness, listened patiently, and immediately understood the problem. He offered me OPTIONS, stark difference from UBIF, It felt like a breath of fresh air after constant “no’s” and upcharges. I had to return the next day since it was near closing time, and even then, Christian was just as kind and professional, juggling multiple devices with care, speed, and a smile.

His team, Gerica Mae and Angelo,were equally amazing. Gerica kept things organized with warmth and efficiency. Angelo was especially patient and kind with an elderly woman, explaining everything step by step. It truly touched my heart. Every client left smiling, a stark contrast to UBIF, where most left upset without leaving their devices for repair.

Christian quoted me under $100 for my repair, far more reasonable than I expected. Watching him work was impressive. He’s fast but meticulous, never cutting corners. His technical skill is unmatched, yet he treats every device with care. He works like a machine but makes you feel like you’re the only client in the world. TCA Aloha is more than a repair shop, it’s a place where people care. The entire team made everyone feel like Ohana. Their service is honest, affordable, and top notch. I’ll never go anywhere else for device repairs again. Christian now has 4 more appointments from friends I’ve referred. Sorry to keep you busy Christian but you truly are the very best!

I can't sing Christian's praises enough. LOOK NO FURTHER, SAVE YOURSELF THE WASTED TIME, GAS, HEADACHE, AND ENERGY. I recently visited Landen at the Aloha Phone Repair by TCA Wireless shop inside Don Quijote for a repair on my over-the-head Beats earphones, which had damaged ear cushions. Even though they typically don't service this particular issue, the technician went above and beyond to help me out. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine friendliness. The customer service I received was exceptional. The technician not only took the time to understand the problem but also explained the repair process clearly and honestly. His skill and attention to detail were evident in the meticulous work he performed on my earphones. I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the repair and the overall experience. Britney is the definition of a lifesaver!! I am currently studying for the Hawai'i Bar exam and my laptop screen cracked. We called the manufacture directly and they told us we would have to ship the computer to them, pay $85 for them to run a diagnosis on my computer, and then from there they would give me a price for the service (this would have taken weeks and cost me at least $200). I shop at Don Quitoes and always walked by TCA wireless. I figured I would bring in my laptop and see what they would charge me and how quickly they could repair the product. Britney literally got me fully hooked up, computer fixed and picked up within a week of drop off. I also picked TCA Wireless due to their warranty on the services they provide. If my laptop screen cracks again, they will replace it. The price, quality and service was reasonable. I will be coming back for anymore technological needs on the Island.
