10 out of 5 stars. I rolled in 30 minutes to close, desperate for a patch job. The heavy rain and standing water burned out a poorly-repaired 2-wire connector I didn't know about, leaving me without tail lights 300 miles from home.
They got me a few loaner tools and some light, so I could crimp a new connector on, and stayed a little over to help me reset the antitheft that decided to trip when I reconnected the battery. All of this during heavy rain. It's not perfect, but it got us home, which was more than I and my family were expecting at that point.
I was so stressed I forgot to get their names... but they went above and beyond and really bailed us out of an awful situation. I hope oreilly's appreciates them as...
   Read moreI had a horrible experience last Saturday when I went to try to pick up parts there was only one person working. The store was extremely busy the phone was ringing off the hook and the gentleman behind the counter kept making excuses. Then when I paid with cash he didn't even have a register and it till ready to go. And he couldn't even find the keys for the cash till and he was running around trying to find the keys customers are there. I was extremely disappointed beyond words at their customer service. On a Saturday they should never have only one person working. Management definitely needs a wake-up call on how many staff members they should...

I broke down at the Chevron, pulling into Hood River, limp across to O'Reilly's and had the best experience I've ever had with the business. They were able to check codes on my car, and he was super cool about replacing the spark plug and the engine coil wire or whatever And got me back on the road within 15 minutes. Don't remember his name just know he had a beard and his cash app name was Samquatch lol. Seriously, the best experience and the nicest guys I broke down...
