I literally wish that I could give them 0 stars this was the worst experience I have ever had trying to buy a phone.the sales associates had no idea what they were doing. I stood at this kiosk for almost 5 hours trying to add a third line. The employee was agitated and frustrated because she could not get the process to go threw because she has only been then for a week or so. Julie tomlin at fort lee wireless advocate created a sub accounts in my name and took my down payment. I did not authorize her to create another account so after she did it I asked her why she did that she claimed that she hit the wrong button. Which I knew was a lie you just tried to push this sale through by any means instead of doing it right or just telling that you did not know what you were doing. This company took my down payment on December 2 and now I can’t get my money back of almost 200 dollars it is now December 15 and none of them not even the general manger can give me a straight answer. They have no clue. These associates are on a military base treating costumers like this my experience was terrible her service was terrible and again all I want is my back I have been calling them everyday. I went in to buy a Shortwave Receiver for my son for Christmas and was told they didn't stock Shortwave radios. I said how about CB Radios and was told they didn't stock that either.
