Starbucks — Restaurant in Hopewell

on my weekend pass i decided to go to starbucks to start my day off right, and every time i go there i get a drink somebody referred to me and when i order i just show them the ingredients off my phone, i lately went and a employee name chuck had a horrible attitude i never have problems but for some reason he was mad and made me read off my order and made me keep repeating it, and my drink didn’t even come out right at the end was really disappointed because i love trying all different starbucks drinks, and before i came to AIT i never...

Mostly good experiences, but there are these two female workers constantly having an attitude with the customers. I get it, I worked fast food and was a waitress back home and I'm well aware that when you get a bunch of people in one area, it can be difficult to keep the sound down, but yelling at customers is not the way.

But on the other hand, there is a few employees that seem to genuinely love their job. One of the female staff members is always helpful when it comes to new drink recommendations...

Poor customer service, out of dark roast asked what do you have , she did r know pointed to the shelf. I haventnt been in a Starbucks in over year..chairs weren't up so I sat down to wait for th BX to open, while I wait for my car. Instead of saying there is no dining in, the girlie started putting tables in the chairs and chairs onto of tables.. which was rude instead of communicating 'there is no dining IN. how hard could it be.train your people !
