Itâs hilarious to me with how much more convenient and easy it is to order stuff online and brick and mortar becoming more and more irrelevant even places like this that service our MILITARY STILL hire the most demotivated immature ppl to work. I guess thatâs all they can find?? Followed me down the alcohol aisle literally stood within 1 foot of me, staring at me and the alcohol and then back at me. I looked at her as if to say, can I help you , and after another 30 seconds she walked off she went back to her register, which was the service desk register. Once I picked up what I wanted and I walked up to her, expecting her to then walk around to her side of the register, but she stayed on my side and when I said do I check out with you she looked at me like I was crazy and then another lady came from another register and said I can help you. I can only assume that she did that because she thought I was a soldier since Iâve seen them treat soldiers rudely, However, they have drill sergeants for that and youâre not one of them. The soldiers have enough stress without cashiers acting like drill sergeants on their free time when theyâre trying to purchase stuff their backs get checked when they get back to the Barracks do they not? Also, if theyâre purchasing some thing that theyâre not allowed to, you will be able to see that at the register would you not? The bottom line it was uncomfortable to go through and itâs also uncomfortable to watch. I have always ordered online and never had to pay (again) when Iâm going to pick up in person. Their online system doesnât communicate with the actual customer service personnel. I had ordered a gift online for my boyfriend, which was also to be picked up by him as well. I received a confirmation email stating that the item is âready for pick upâ and it has been paid for. With that email, I had double checked my bank to see if it has been deducted and it was. Then I had informed my boyfriend to pick up his gift because we are at two absolute different duty stations. He ended up having to pay the complete price because their system is SLOW! As a paying, I DO NOT RECOMMEND UTILIZING THEIR ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM!
