Radioactive — Local services in Hopewell

So I went to this stereo installation facility and got zero help from them. I I formed them that I replaced the stereo and had same issues. They told me that they thought it was the amplifier, I informed them that I looked in the location the amplifier was supposed to be and took out the panels. No amplifier that I could find. They were going to take the panels off and charge me for that, I said I can take the panels off for them. I believe that pussed them off and told me to take it to the dealership that they don't want to deal with it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, poor customer service, and when the gentleman who informed of that he wouldn't even look at me. Just handed my keys and said dealership problem. I will not come here and inform the 2000 ppl on Fort Gregg Adams to avoid this place like a plague. There was no recommendation, just this is a dealership issue. You told me there was no charge for initial look, but when I said I could find the amplifier and could take the panels off your guy brought me my van , on top of that your workers didn't put my jack and handle back in the compartment and left the panel off. I paid for the installation of 2 amplifiers, one Subwoofer, one set of components for the driver side and DSP.

1. I noticed that they didn't install the crossovers of the components and they never told me that. I found out because I noticed to much vocals coming out of the tweeters because there is not a high pass filter from the crossovers that they removed but I was charged 250 for the installation of the full set of components. I complained about the problem and they told me that they're going to give me a set of crossovers that normally they have a few in the shop. Never got my crossovers back.
2. they don't know have to tune the DSP. They don't use the RTA microphone to tune the system. I also raise my complaint about it. They told me to contact Audio Control customer service. I was expecting them to take care my problem right away. Also Audio Control told me the connection of the DSP is wrong. Terrible customer services after the installation is complete. The installation of the amplifiers and subwoofers are good. Also the cable management is clean...

I was referred to Radioactive by John from Colonial Tire and also from another friend of mine. Both use their services. I called Radioactive and spoke with Steve White the Owner, to have a backup camera and remote start installed on my Jeep. These were Christmas presents. Not only did they get me in super quick, they explained how to work everything. While I was waiting for my vehicle, I had the opportunity to observe the employees. Their genuine desire to help customers get what they want was outstanding! I didn't know much about working my radio, other than turning it on and adjusting the volume and the Service Worker took his time explaining all the little details and functions EVEN how to change the setting on my watch so my Bluetooth didn't steal my calls from my phone.

These guys are super trustworthy and all around good people. I highly recommend them and I definitely will bring my vehicle(s) back for any other installations needs.
