The employees were really unprofessional, rolling their eyes and visibly annoyed while harnessing up our group to do the rope course. As soon as we were hooked up, they resumed laying down on the ground behind the counter. I kid you not, it was like 4-5 teenagers just laying down or sitting down on the ground. I don’t know what they’re being paid but it’s probably too much. Due to the indifference that was given by the girl who adjusted my harness and the fact that she didn’t do anything to test it to make sure it was secure, I didn’t feel particularly safe in it and was terrified to fall or use the zip line. I was disappointed, but excited to move on to laser tag and golf. Laser tag was phenomenal and fairly big with state of the art tech. The guy running it was nice but also very unprofessional and used a lot of crude language that made my group of mainly minors really uncomfortable. The golf course was really disappointing, the lights were too dim too see the dinosaurs at all and barely bright enough to see the black light effect at all. We zipped through the entire 18 holes in less than 15 minutes, in spite having a hard time seeing the podiums listing the par counts and hole numbers. We had to go to another Go Kart place right down the road to go kart, but they had a great track and it was definitely worth it.
Overall, this is a great place to take kids and teens and adults can have fun too. My group and I had a good time, and I believe it was worth the money we paid. The critiques I offered here were meant to bring attention to the owner about certain areas that can be improved upon, and so that others who have never been here know exactly what...
Read moreThe price was right and we enjoyed several different activities, including the ropes course and mini golf. The golf course was very basic, but fine for our family. The problem with this place is that it is absolutely filthy and this is probably due to the fact that it is staffed entirely by teenage boys with no adult supervision. All of them were polite, but none of them were fully engaged. We had to repeatedly ask for assistance with the various activities and the employees were timid, slow to respond. Back to the filthy part … we visited both locations because one has more amenities than the other (no extra charge for going from one location to the next). The bathrooms had clearly not been cleaned for some time. There was garbage all over the floor, rolls of toilet paper just sitting on the floor, no paper towels, and the smell was awful in both locations. Given the state of the bathrooms, I can only imagine how seldom and how poorly the other amenities are cleaned. There are jumpsuits that are used for various activities that are just shredded, dirty and worthless. Everything appeared to be in good functioning order on the ropes course and zip line, but again I wondered how often those are cleaned, if ever. This place could be really fun and a big money maker for the owner if he or she cared to maintain it and properly oversee the staff who are just seriously lacking in adult direction. I’ve only given 3 stars here for price and variety activities; otherwise, I would’ve...
Read moreIt was ok. Only did the laser tag and putt-putt. We were the ONLY people there at 6 on a Sunday night. We had fun, but the staff had clearly had a long day and weren't into anything, so forgiven. Don't get me wrong, they were cordial and helped us decide what to do, you could just tell they wanted to be left alone to finish their shift, which is fair. The putt putt is black light, and it took a minute to figure out the order of the holes. The dinosaur themed anamatronics were mostly non-functional, which is sad because they looked like they were cool in their prime. Also, the rubber gravel landscaping had a tendency to get in the lanes, and since the carpet was black, was almost invisible, causing its own obstacles. Still fun. The laser tag we didn't expect much since it was literally just 2 of us, but it could have benefitted from some music to hide the sound of footsteps, other than that, pretty good setup. The zip line course looked like a lot of fun, but we were limited on what we could do. And a few of the arcade games looked out of order.. It's also VERY VERY unclear from the outside where the actual entrance is, and we walked all over before we figured it out. Would probably have given a 3, but benefit of the doubt because it was 6pm on a Sunday night even tho they stay...
