If you have a problem you call Solutions store, they service what they sell. Great doing business with them.

Purchased a set of Klipsch Heresy speakers. They damaged my vehicle trying to load the speakers into my car and would not take ownership of damage. I WATCHED the guy scratch my bumper and they still denied it.

UPDATE - I watched their minimum wage workers scratch my rear bumper. It was a brand new car. Why would I make this up? I had no interest in watching their security camera - I personally witness the guy damage my car.

The damage estimate was from Russell Honda in Sherwood, Arkansas. I would have been fine with the payment made directly to the body shop. They never offered that.

Again, why would I make this up? I have enough income to purchase high end Klipsch speakers, and this is how I do it by scamming local business for a $400 repair to my...

Solutions retrofitted an integrated vac system in the house we purchased. Brian did the estimate for the job and designed my system to fit everything on my wish list! We love our long pullout vacuum hose and our sweep-ins. Brian and Ron were a pleasure to work with, and they always kept us posted on what they were doing, and they worked with our schedule.
